Answer: Low Molecular Weight Heparin

Aspirin, postoperative coumadin, and subcuationeous unfractionated heparin all have low probability of causing hematoma with central neuraxis blocks.  On the other hand low molecular weight heparin has been reported through the FDA hotline to be associated with  numerous instances of hematoma with epidural anesthesia.
